Renovation

Previous, multiple renovations left this home stripped of character and needed a design that came from a cohesive point of view. As an investment property, the client’s main considerations were making a functional space that any family renting the home could find welcoming and flexible; and focusing the material maintenance during the selection process. The main floor saw a major reconfiguration and we introduced a third bedroom, second bathroom, and laundry.
