Renovation + Conceptual Planning

Nestled along Bloomingdale’s historic First Street this originated as a conceptual plan of all four levels and an addition of a roof deck. The first phase was the roof deck taking advantage of the late afternoon light and a fantastic view of the Washington Monument. Following this we replaced a dated, overly-large and inefficient primary bathroom. As the rest of the home has maintained many of the original architectural features, it was important that the primary suite felt of the period as well as being a modern, clean space to reset and relax. With more phases continuing including our current renovation of the basement, first  and second floor bedrooms and living spaces.
